Kirikya Terms and Conditions — Plain and Simple

Welcome to kirikya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and kirikya ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kirikya platform at kirikya.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services available on the site.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on kirikya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the kirikya platform.

All deposits on kirikya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. Deposits are credited to your kirikya account instantly under normal conditions. Kirikya does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kirikya's control.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Kirikya processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are sent to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account and typically arrive within two minutes under normal operating conditions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks.

General bonus rules:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your kirikya account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering the bonus are withdrawable once requirements are met.
• Kirikya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other methods designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
